Wrangle up the family (and any other turkeys you know), and bring your best "turkey dressing" out to this year's Trot as we attempt a record for the largest gathering of humans dressed as turkeys! Register to set the world record at any Capital One Bank branch in Dallas, and get ready to gobble up all the fun action!

We improved the start line for you. You will still start at the same location, same time BUT.... to make the start cleaner for all, a new and improved start line is in place. You may not see the change but believe me, it is there. You will feel the change.
5Kers you asked for it...... Again this year ALL PARTICIPANTS will have the option to be chip timed with the new disposable D-Tag. Whether you are running the 8 mile or the 5K, when you sign up you will have the option to be timed or untimed. There will be a $5 timing charge if you choose to be timed.
The "DISPOSABLE TIMING CHIP" is yours to keep. Please remove the timing tag off your bib on Race Day and place on your shoe as stated by attached tag instructions. For an accurate time, timing tags must placed on your shoe.
With your Turkey Trot registration, you are eligible to receive a complimentary 25 visit membership to begin your training for the Trot at a Dallas area YMCA near you. Click here for a list of YMCAs in the Dallas Association. After you register for the Trot, bring your confirmation to a participating YMCA to begin your training. Use of the 25 visits qualifies you for a $0 Joiner Fee. Offer expires December 31, 2011.
